If you submit your advert outside opening hours, validation will take place the next day or on Monday if it's the week-end.
Then, you will received an email confirming that your advert has been checked and validated and that it is consequently online and accessible via your L&V owner area.
The invoicing and the subscription start date commence, naturally, upon conclusion of this validation.
•6) Payment of your advert:
L&V has a system of onlime payment by credit card. As the subscription is signed for periods defined by the advertisers, no partial or complete refund will be made.
•7) Advert diffusion duration:
The advert diffusion duration on our website starts the day your advert is validated and depends of the type of diffusion that the advertiser selects. Three formulae are proposed on L&V, Pack Presence, Pack Classique, Pack Premium.
No modification of formula will be taken into account in the course of diffusion.
•8) Protection of persons and properties:
L&V reservs the right to refuse or to delete any adverts or photos not meeting the current legislation and liable to be badly interpreted, with slanderous or unrefined character as well as adverts without payment for the subscription.
